Estate agent awards matter to your business. The only estate agent awards programme you should enter is The Negotiator Awards – the UK’s leading awards programme for estate and letting agents and the residential property industry.
Established in 2008, The Negotiator Awards has become the most prestigious awards ceremony for the UK residential estate and letting agency industry. Estate and letting agents can enter the awards with no charge – entry to The Negotiator Awards is free. There are no charges associated with entering at all, making it the most inclusive estate agent awards programme for UK residential agency.
The Negotiator Awards is the most prestigious and popular awards scheme in residential property and with more entrants and more winners than any other scheme in this sector. There is no charge to enter. As such they are the most inclusive and therefore the most valued and meaningful accolades you can be awarded in the residential property industry.
The Awards presentation evening has a great reputation for its atmosphere of excitement, fun and party spirit. Always hosted by an A-list presenter – the 2017 event was hosted by Jimmy Carr, the 2018 star attraction was TV presenter and comedian Julian Clary, for 2019 it was Tom Allen – it is the most glamorous and exciting event on the calendar.
It’s just a year later, but we are now in a different world with the Coronavirus pandemic changing everything we know. The Awards may not be presented in the same way in 2020, but we guarantee it will go ahead and it will be a fantastic, entertaining and thrilling event – whether live or virtual. We’ll tell you our plans, as they unfold.
It will still be the Property Party of the Year – but not in the traditional way. Nevertheless, you will have to be in it to win it, as ever, so start planning your entries now!
“Not only did Pinkertons win Gold for Best Estate Agency in our region, but to be honoured on a national level by scooping Gold for Best Letting Agent in the UK (2-4 branches) and bronze for Best Estate Agent in the UK (2-4 branches) certainly made the evening a highlight of 2019.
Now, by winning a Negotiator Award means the Pinkertons name is part of the UK Estate Agency elite.”
Victoria Pinkerton, Managing Director, Pinkertons
The 2019 finalists were announced at a sparkling gala dinner attended by 900 guests and hosted by TV presenter, star and comedian Tom Allen at the five-star Grosvenor House on Park Lane. Tom made a thrilling event hilarious at every opportunity, as you’d expect.
The Negotiator Awards presentation at The Grosvenor was truly the Property Party of the Year! Congratulations to all the finalists and thank you for making it such a special event.
